As a Web Dev Marketing Support Intern, you will create and deploy scalable systems to support our Sales Clusters, aiding our SDR and BDR efforts. Your responsibilities will include SEO, guest blogs, landing pages, sales funnels, AI-generated content, automation, press releases, email campaigns, follow-up sequencing, lead management automation, and reputation management. You will handle prospecting, creating ICPs, list hygiene, online health analyses, competitor analyses, listing analyses, and web core vitals. Additionally, you will use AI to create and deploy content across channels, deploy AI-powered chatbots on websites and social media, and train AI on our data and customers' data. You will also compile, execute, and measure performance by creating dashboards to monitor KPIs, follow CI/CD pipeline methodologies, and create and document operating procedures..

INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT
This Agreement made by and between Fire Squid, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Company", and
hereinafter referred to as the "Intern".
POSITION: The Company agrees to provide the Intern with a Web Dev Marketing Support Intern position in accordance with the terms stated herein. This is a remote position, and the Intern will have the ability to work from any location, provided they have a stable and fast internet connection.
COMPENSATION: This is an "Unpaid Internship"
TERM: The duration of this Agreement is stipulated below unless both parties provide mutual written consent for its extension.
TERMINATION: This Agreement may be terminated by either party by providing a 30-day notice. Upon termination, the Intern is obligated to compensate for services availed up until the termination date.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE: The Intern acknowledges that in the course of the provision of the services, they may obtain certain confidential information. Such confidential information shall remain the sole property of the disclosing party. The Intern shall not disclose or use such confidential information for any purpose other than the purposes for which it was disclosed, except with the written consent of the disclosing party. This section shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
INDEMNIFICATION: The Intern agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their subsequent successors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (inclusive of legal fees) that arise directly or indirectly from the transactions covered by this Agreement.
INTERN STATUS:
a) Intern: The parties acknowledge and agree that the Intern is engaged in their own independent learning and is providing services to the Company as an Intern. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create an employer-employee relationship between the Company and the Intern.
b) Liability: The Intern has no claim against the Company for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, social security, worker's compensation, or any other employee benefit.
c) Conduct: The manner by which the Intern completes their services are in their sole discretion.
GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement is to be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement embodies the complete understanding between both parties and replaces all prior agreements. Any alterations must be documented and endorsed by both parties.
NOTICES: Notices under this Agreement shall be deemed sufficient if delivered electronically, in person, or by certified mail with return receipt requested.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both parties have ratified this Agreement as of the date specified below.
