Fire Squid, LLC

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of FireSquid. By using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Effective July 28, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Fire Squid, LLC ("FireSquid," "we," "us," or "our"). You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use FireSquid for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

FireSquid provides business workspace tools for contacts, campaigns, communications, documents, reporting, automation, and related operations. Features may change as we improve the service. Some features depend on third-party services selected by you or your organization.

3. Accounts and administrators

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Workspace administrators control membership, permissions, connected accounts, and customer content. You are responsible for actions taken through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards.

4. Connected services

You may authorize FireSquid to connect to services such as Google. You represent that you have the right to connect each account and process its information in FireSquid. Your use of a connected service remains subject to that provider's terms and policies.

You may revoke a connected provider's access through that provider. Revocation can stop related FireSquid features from working and does not automatically delete information previously imported into your workspace.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use FireSquid to:

  • violate law, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or contractual duties;
  • send unlawful spam, harassment, fraud, malware, or deceptive communications;
  • access accounts, workspaces, or information without authorization;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the service's security or access controls;
  • reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it; or
  • use the service to build or train a competing product without written permission.

6. Customer content

You retain ownership of content you submit or connect. You grant FireSquid a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service or comply with law.

You are responsible for obtaining required notices, permissions, and lawful bases for customer content and connected accounts. You must not submit information that you lack authority to use.

7. Confidentiality and privacy

Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other party's confidential information and will use it only to perform obligations or exercise rights under these Terms. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Fees

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to the price, billing cycle, usage limits, and payment terms shown when you order. Fees are non-refundable except where an order, written agreement, or applicable law states otherwise. Taxes are your responsibility unless we must collect them.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep FireSquid available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, change, limit, or discontinue features. When practical, we will give reasonable notice of a material change that reduces core functionality.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using FireSquid at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, a material breach, or harm to FireSquid or others. When circumstances permit, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, FireSquid is provided "as is" and "as available." Fire Squid, LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. FireSquid does not provide legal, financial, employment, or compliance advice, and automated outputs require appropriate human review.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Fire Squid, LLC's total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where law prohibits them.

13. General terms

These Terms and any applicable order or written agreement form the complete agreement about the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent, except with a merger or sale of substantially all relevant assets. We may transfer them as part of a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date. If a material change requires notice or consent, we will provide it as required by law.
